Indigenous Persons with Disabilities Global Network

From website of International Disability Alliance (IDA) -

IDA supports the Indigenous Persons with Disabilities Global Network (IPWDGN) - a network of indigenous persons with disabilities that was founded in May 2013 to promote the rights of indigenous persons with disabilities, reach out to new communities and engage with international and regional human rights and development processes.

The IPWDGN is guided by the principles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD) and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UN DRIP).

Two regional IPWDGN coordinators work in Asia and Latin America.
